Extensions

The duration of your stay is specified in your admission letter.

If you are a semester student at UC3M and you wish to extend your period of study, your home university should send us your request before November 15.

  • If you are a student from an European University or Switzerland, please contact at pcserint@uc3m.es.
  • If you are a student from a Non European University, please contact at incoming@uc3m.es.

Students will be informed by e-mail as soon as the request is approved or denied.

Please bear in mind that the approval of your extension is exceptional. The exchange mobility numbers need to be balanced in order to accept your request.
