Beatriz Galindo Call for the recruitment of postdoctoral researchers

Beatriz Galindo Call for the recruitment of postdoctoral researchers of the Spanish Ministry for Science, Innovation and Universities, whose preamble sets as an objective the attraction of research talent who have developed part of their professional career abroad, with the aim of favouring the attraction and training of research human capital and its mobility in sectors of strategic national interest, promoting the quality and competitiveness of teaching and/or research in Spanish Universities.

With The Strategic Plan for 2016-2022, Universidad Carlos III de Madrid defines among its objectives the prioritization of international and interdisciplinary research of excellence, as well as the attraction of talent. The UC3M develops and supports talent attraction programmes to incorporate the best professors and researchers, to facilitate the development and production of results by the incorporated talent and, in short, to maintain teaching and research excellence.

Duration of contract: The duration of the grant extend over four years. (possibility of one additional year funded by UC3M)

Requirements:

• Applicants must be holders of a doctoral degree and show a maximum of seven years´ experience in teaching and research abroad, from the date they obtained the doctoral degree
• Professional experience must be accredited by the candidate at the moment of submitting the application
