UC3M Talent Attraction Programmes
The Carlos III University of Madrid has been developing several specific talent attraction programmes to attract the best professors and researchers, to facilitate the development of the capacity and potential incorporated and to produce results, as well as to stimulate and maintain teaching and research excellence.
Talent attraction programmes are aligned with the 9 principles and requirements set out in the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers.
The talent attraction programmes developed at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid are:
- CONEX-Plus
CONEX-Plus is a mobility and training programme that aims to promote the career development of a cohort of international Experienced Researchers (ERs) at the University Carlos III of Madrid (UC3M) within the framework of the Marie Sklodowska-Curie (MSCA) COFUND scheme.

The UC3M-Santander Chairs of Excellence programme promotes research excellence by attracting world-class researchers to the university, who will help our departments, institutes and research groups to increase and improve their international links, as well as to improve their scientific-technical capabilities, develop stable collaborations and share teaching and research experiences.

- POSTDOCTORAL CALLS
UC3M carries out its postdoctoral calls with the aim of attracting talent to the University from faculty who have obtained their doctoral degree at another university, a maximum of six years ago, in any of the areas of work of the UC3M departments that participate in the calls.
