Jorge Tuñón

Jorge Tuñón is Assistant Professor at the University Carlos III of Madrid, Visiting Research Fellow at the General Program of the College of Europe, and external on-hand academic expert of the European Parliament and the European Commission. He got his “Doctor Europeus” (PhD) by the Complutense University at Madrid (Extraordinary Awards). Previously, he had also received his three corresponding graduate (MA) diploma in Laws, Communication and Politics.

He has been visiting researcher in different American and European universities. He has been involved in several Research Projects at National and International level, and has already reached a notable track of publications in different languages: English, French, Italian and Spanish. His main current research fields are: Europeanization, Regionalism/Federalism, Communication and Public Diplomacy. Moreover, he is also Researcher and Consultant on EU Affairs, International Relations/Politics and Communication. He has worked for Regional, National and European Administrations (European Commission experience in Brussels included), and (at current) collaborates with different Mass Media.
