Pan-European Seal Programme
The UC3M has become a member of the Pan-European Seal Professional Traineeship Programme. The Pan-European Programme Seal Professional Traineeship Programme is a comprehensive IP programme which bridges which academy and the IP labor market. It is promoted in partnership by two of the world's largest IP offices, the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) in Alicante (Spain) and the European Patent Office (EPO) in Munich (Germany).
The Pan-European Programme Seal is an IP Programme that covers many academic areas. Through it, high-Achieving young university graduates or students in the last year of their studies can access paid traineeships in EUIPO and the EPO, helping them to get a foot in the door of the competitive world of IP through valuable on-the-job multicultural professional work experience.
The Master in Intellectual Property shall send every year before the end of June a list of five candidates per Office interested in participating in the traineeships and the EPO / EUIPO shall evaluate their merits in order to have access to the Pan-European Seal Programme. Successful candidates will be offered to traineeship agreement with EUIPO / EPO for the duration of 12 months starting in September or October (tbc) and be provided with a grant of 1000 EUR / month. The contractual relation shall be between the selected candidate and the EUIPO or the EPO.
