The UC3M-ESCP Europe Lifelong Learning Master in Business Administration and Management is a life-changing option for any career-focused student seeking both a European identity and a global perspective. This two-year full-time generalist programme offers the opportunity to study in up to four countries, with options ranging from ESCP Europe's six European campuses to 70 partners around the world.
- PROGRAM
FIRST YEAR
During the first master year, students complete a series of core modules, covering the fundamentals and advanced instruction of general management topics.
Students with a non-business bachelor degree must study prerequisites during master year one. Students entering the MIM with a recognised bachelor degree in business/management or entering through the Pre-Master year study the core modules, and then choose some courses from the elective portfolio to customise their own timetable.

To be eligible for the two-year Master de Formación Permanente in Management programme, candidates must hold a Bachelor degree after having completed at least three years of university studies.
Applicants may submit an application in the same year they complete their Bachelor degree, pre-graduation. We recommend candidates not to be older than 30 during the application year.
Candidates with a Bachelor degree awarded in a European country (outside of France) after at least three years of studies in Europe (with a maximum of one year spent studying in France) are eligible to apply through the European Master Admission Test.
NEW: Candidates with a Bachelor degree awarded anywhere outside of Europe after at least three years of studies are eligible to apply through the Global Admission Test.
Candidates with a Bachelor degree awarded anywhere except France after at least three years of studies (with a maximum of one year spent studying in France) are eligible to apply through the SAI.
Candidates with a French Licence degree are eligible to apply through the Concours d'Admission Directe.
Please note that you may apply through only one admissions process one time per year. For example, for the intake of 2018 you may not apply through both the SAI and the European Master Admission Test.
- REGRISTRATION
The fees for those entering the two-year programme in September 2018 are set at:
- €19,000 for EU citizens per year
- €22,700 for non-EU citizens per year
The application fee is €180.
A supplement of €220 will be due for those students required to take the catch-up semester of prerequisite courses (students without the required previous management studies).

Our graduates will encounter major responsibilities in international companies by working with people from a wide range of geographical backgrounds. Almost half of our graduates choose their first job in a location outside of their country of origin.
96% found a job within 3 months of graduation (64% employed before graduation). Average anual salary is about 50.000 €.
