Dña. Emelina Santana Páez, Judge of Family in Madrid and currently adviser to the Directorate General of Relations with the Administration of Justice, Ministry of Justice of Spain. He gave the inaugural lecture of the first edition of the title and emphasized the importance of private international law in the daily life of the Spanish courts.
