Assessment criteria

The Committee will evaluate results directly related to the thesis in which the participation of the candidate is essential and relevant (first author in papers, applicant for patents, etc.). To name a few:

• Publications from contributions from the doctoral thesis in JCR-indexed impact-factor journals
• Patents in use derived from the thesis
• Awards to the thesis work
• Number of favorable votes for eligibility for Outstanding Thesis Awards
