Paula Alvaredo Olmos
Paula Alvaredo completed the degree of Chemist at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM) and a Master Degree in Materials Science and Engineering at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (UC3M). She obtained her PhD in Materials Science and Engineering at (UC3M) with the work entitled New cermet materials with Fe matrix: Study of composition, microstructure and properties in 2012. Nowadays she works as Assistant Professor in Powder Metallurgy research group at UC3M.
Her research areas are mainly focused on Alternative Binders in cermets and High Entropy Alloys by PM.
She has participated at 18 International and National Conferences and is author of 16 articles in refereed journals and book chapters.
