UC3M commemorates World Mental Health Day with a programme of activities

The Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (UC3M) is celebrating World Mental Health Day, an initiative of the World Federation for Mental Health which takes place in more than a hundred countries. This year, UC3M is proposing a programme of activities with the aim of promoting respectful care for people and their fundamental rights in the field of mental health.
To commemorate this event, UC3M is carrying out courses, workshops, conferences, lectures and presentations on this subject. In addition, during the 23-24 academic year, it will carry out other activities related to mindfulness, self-esteem and addictions.
The University has a permanent Psychological and Psycho-pedagogical Service and resources and tools for the development of emotional well-being. It also offers workshops on time management and stress management, interpersonal relationships and prevention of mental health problems.
