UC3M celebrates University Day

On Monday, 29th of January, the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (UC3M) celebrated University Day 2024. The event took place in the Leganés Campus Auditorium and was chaired over by UC3M Rector Ángel Arias.
The day began with the investiture of the new doctors who received the Extraordinary Doctorate Award. Afterwards, the Extraordinary Doctorate Awards was presented.
This year, special recognition was given to all staff with at least 25 years of accumulated service at UC3M and to staff who retired in 2022 and 2023.
The event ended with a speech by the UC3M Rector.
