Professor María Luisa González-Cuéllar Serrano

María Luisa González-Cuellar is Tax Law professor at UC3M. At this same university, she has been Vice-Rector for Students and University Life from 06/15/2011 to 04/26/2015, Vice-Rector for Students, Social Responsibility and Equality from 04/27/2015 to 04/01/2019 and Vice-Rector for Institutional Relations and Sustainable Development from 04/01/2019 to 04/26/2023.

She is currently a member of the Consejo de Defensa del Contribuyentel since 10/08/2022 and co-director of the Master's Degree in Taxation at UC3M.

She has been University Ombudsman at UC3M since 09/26/2024.

His research activity includes studies on various social areas, such as the taxation of cultural activities, housing, economic-family relations and people with disabilities. He has also worked on mediation and arbitration in tax matters, the taxation of professional companies, double taxation of dividends, the taxation of professional athletes and state aid, among others. All of these works have been the subject of various monographs, participation in books and articles in specialized journals.
