President of the Equality Commission of the Spanish Association of Labor Law and Social Security. Trustee of the AGE Foundation. She was Deputy Minister of Employment of the Community of Madrid from 2019 to 2021 and Vice-Dean of Guidance, Promotion, Equality and Cooperation of the Faculty of Social and Legal Sciences (UC3M) from 2016 to 2019.
