Professor María Gema Quintero Lima
Doctor in Law (UC3M) (Extraordinary Award, 2005). She has developed his teaching and research activity at the Carlos III University of Madrid (1999-2005, 2005-) and at the Autonoma University of Madrid (2005-2007).
She has collaborated as a research member in different R&D&I Project Research Groups in competitive calls on subjects linked to Social Law. Her lines of research and transfer are framed in traditional lines of Social Security Law and Labour Law, although from the perspective of gender and social sustainability.
She is currently Associate Professor of Labour and Social Security Law (2011-) at the Carlos III University of Madrid, and Co-Director of the Legal Clinic of the Faculty of Social and Legal Sciences of the same entity. She has been Vice Dean of the Degree in Labor Relations and Employment (2013-2021) and Vice Dean of Equality, Diversity and Sustainability (2021-2023) at the same Faculty.
