Professor Marta García Mandaloniz

Associate Professor of Commercial Law at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid since 2007 with three six-year research periods and one six-year transfer period. Doctor in Law with an extraordinary Ph.D. award and an honorary mention in the Europe Award for doctoral theses with European impact. She has been Deputy Vice-Rector for Transfer Management UC3M (2011-2013), Vice-Dean of the Law Degree UC3M (2016-2020), and Vice-Dean of the Dual Degree in Law and Business Administration UC3M (2015-2020). Codirector of the Legal Clinic of the Faculty of Social and Legal Sciences UC3M since 2015. Responsible for the UC3M Research Group "Society, Technology and Law" (SOCITEC). Her main lines of research focus on commercial company law, corporate finance law, and the application of technology to commercial law.
