Certificate of Arrival and Student Card

Request and receive the Certificate of Arrival digitally

You will be able to request your digital Certificate of Arrival during the Welcome Event (compulsory face-to-face attendance at the Leganés Auditorium):

Send the electronic form whose link we will indicate during the institutional presentation. You need to know your uc3m user number (NIA) to fill it out.

It is mandatory to connect to the form through the Eduroam or Visitor Wi-Fi of uc3m, that is, to be in person at the university (in Leganés campus). Do not use your personal mobile data network.

You will later receive your Certificate of Arrival in your email @uc3m.

If you are an Erasmus+ student, you must send this Certificate of Arrival to your home university.

If you cannot attend the Welcome Event, you will have to fill in this form on your first day on Campus to receive your certificate of arrival.

Student Card (TUI)

Once at the university, you have to activate your Student Card (TUI).
