Certificate of Departure
At the end of your student Exchange period, remember to manage your Certificate of Departure/Attendance with the International Relations Office.
In order to obtain this document, you will have to fill in the following form on the date of your last face-to-face activity on Campus (last exam or exam review with your professor).

You need to be physically present on Campus when you access the form through Eduroam or the Public Uc3m Wi-Fi. If you are not on Campus, your location data will not be collected properly and we will not be able to issue your Certificate of Departure/Attendance.
You will receive your Certificate of Departure/Attendance by email, a few days after you have filled in the mentioned form.
Important:
-If you don’t fill the form, your Certificate of Departure/Attendance will not be issued.
-The date on your Certificate cannot be later than the date stated on your admission letter.
