- InicioCurrently, several industry sectors demand Master’s degree experts with intensive knowledge in the field of Mechanical Engineering. A specialism in Industrial Mechanics allows to further develop professional skills to essential aspects of the production industry like the analysis, design, sizing, structural integrity, maintenance and verification of machines and structures, manufacturing processes, fluids engineering and thermal systems, etcetera. All these activities are essential for the development of a modern and competitive productive sector in Spain in key operations like air and land transport, the energy production and the environmental protection. Besides, these operations constitute areas of priority in European research and innovation programs and in other initiatives worldwide. The main aim of the Master in Industrial Mechanics is to provide an advanced understanding in the branch of specialized mechanics required by many industry sectors. Graduates from this Master’s program will be able to combine the different knowledges of mechanical engineering to apply them to develop new technologies in machines, structures, fluid mechanics and thermal systems. After completing the Master’s program, graduates can accede to the Doctoral program in Engineering Mechanics and Industrial Organization and other PhD studies of UC3M.
