The University Entrance Exam (EvAU, in its Spanish acronym) will bear in mind the specific needs of the student body with disabilities and/or special educational needs. Physical accessibility, as well as access to information and communication will be guaranteed.

Adaptation of the University Entrance Exam

Resolution of March 10th, 2010, of the General Directorate of Secondary Education and Professional Education, which establishes the model and procedure for the preparation of the report of the proposal for adaptation of the entrance test to University Education for students who present disability (Annex I Adaptation proposal report and Annex II Adaptation Measures)

 

Adaptation of the University Entrance Exam

The Support Services in your centre will be in charge of carrying out the necessary procedures to request and provide the adaptations and support you require.  

The adaptations of the exam could consist of extra time, special exam models and provision of all the materials, technology and human support you require to complete it.

Exemption from University Entrance Exam fees

Students with a proven degree of disability of 33% or more, have a right to be exempt from all University Entrance Exam fees.

Reservation of 5% of admissions

Of all the places available for each Degree, 5% of the admission in July is reserved for students that have a proven degree of disability of 33% or more.

Exemption from enrolment fees

Students with a proven degree of disability of 33% or more, have the right to be exempt from all fee payments in all studies leading to an official university degree.

Subject enrolment in first year

Students with a degree of disability of 33 per cent or more who are beginning their university studies can enrol in all first year subjects or only on some subjects.
