    • Session 3: Conflict management tools

    Conflict resolution spectrum. Basic negotiation concepts. The seven elements of negotiation. The negotiation process

    • Session 4: Difficult situations in negotiation

    Nightmare techniques. Strategy analysis through viewing videos.

    • Session 5: Mediation

    Mediation concept and characteristics. Mediation principles. Mediation environments and processes. Interests and positions.

    • Session 6: Mediation micro-techniques

    Reframing. Normalisation. Future focus. Synopsis. Empowerment. Recognition of others.

    • Session 7: Practical: mediation role play and feedback.

    Evaluation

    Assistance and writing of the work diary. Active participation.
