Our research mission is to advance excellence in the search for new information, knowledge, understanding of systems engineering and automation. We try to provide our students and researchers the opportunity for team-oriented and cross-disciplinary research and advanced training in their chosen areas. These areas may include, but not limited to, mobile robotics, automated construction, service robots, climbing robots, legged and humanoid robots, intelligent control, computer vision, intelligent transportation systems and human-robot interaction.
RoboticsLab
RoboticsLab researchers work toward spreading the use of the robot in human daily life. RoboticsLab intensively participates and seek participation in collaborative R&D projects with robot using and robot manufacturing companies. Coordinator: Miguel Angel Salichs
Intelligent Systems Lab (LSI)
The Intelligent Systems Lab conducts research in a variety of areas in robotics, intelligent control, computer vision, intelligent transportation systems, etc. Coordinator: Arturo de la Escalera Hueso.
