Application for students who have passed the entrance exam for over 25
Persons over 25 who have passed the entrance exam in Universidad Carlos III de Madrid-UC3M- or in any other Spanish university, can apply for a place.
Places will be assigned following a priority basis system. Firstly, applicants who have passedthe entrance exam in UC3M; Secondly, applicants who passed it in other public universities;
Finally, the rest of the applicants.
Additionally, within each group, applicants that have passed the exam in the same knowledge area as the degree requested, will have priority.
Entrance exams taken in other public universities before 2010 or private universities before 2012 will not be accepted.
2024-2025 Deadline:
To submit applications: from the 7th to the 28th of June 2024
Admission decision: 12th of July at 9am
Claims period: 12th, 15th and 16th of July 2024
Application request process
Step 1: Obtain your access code
In order to access the application form, you need a password. If you do not have one, you
must register first.
Step 2: Apply for a place
Log in into the application form, with your username and password.

Step 3: Provide documentation
At the end of your application, you will get a slip with the link to submit the documentation needed.
Documents required:
- Copy of National ID, Passport or equivalent
- Report card or transcripts with the grades obtained in the ‘Over 25’ entrance exam.
You must submit the original downloaded document of the university where you have passed the exam, should it have a digital signature.
*Please note, if you have taken the entrance exam in UC3M you do not need to submit any documents.
Cut-off grades and Reservation of places
Here you can check the cut-off grades for the 2023-24 ‘Over 25’ intake. These marks are of the last person admitted to the call.
The 3% of the total places offered to study each degree are reserved to ‘Over 25’ applicants.
