- The UC3M undergraduate student offices inform, advise and assist students in all matters related to their academic transcripts and university procedures.
- Each student has a personal manager in his/her degree program who will help and advise him/her with the necessary procedures during his/her time at the university.
The Undergraduate Student Offices will generally be open from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., and two afternoons per week (see specific information for each center).
Special summer opening hours:
- 15 June to 31 July: 9am to 2pm, Monday to Friday.
- 3 to 25 August inclusive: closed.
- 26 August to 6 September inclusive: 9 am to 2 pm, Monday to Friday.
- 7 to 11 September (extended opening hours – first week of term): 9 am to 2 pm, Monday to Friday, and 3 pm to 5 pm, Monday to Thursday.
- From 14 September, normal opening hours.
