The program is aimed at students who wish to broaden their training in the following lines of research: Optoelectronics, Photonics, Computer Vision, Robotics, Renewable Energy, Power electronics, electricity markets, Electric and Magnetic Materials, Microelectronics and Automation.
The programme aims to provide students with advanced training in knowledge and skills that will enable them to carry out research, development and innovation work in any of these disciplines, with a view to preparing and presenting their Ph.D. thesis. In particular, those students who wish to carry out their PhD within the Department of Systems Engineering and Automation will be able to study in depth the lines of research related to robotics and its multiple applications, automation in its different aspects (industry, buildings, vehicles, ...) or intelligent transport systems.
