Virtual Secretariat
Using the same password as that of your e-mail, you can Access your Virtual Secretariat/Registry, through Aula Global.
Here you can keep track of the most common procedures related to:
- Regulations
- Registration
- Grants, Scholarships, Financial Aid
- Classrooms and schedules
- Certifications
- Examinations
- Personal information
- Doctoral Thesis
and have access to all on-line administrative procedures.
Once your registration/enrollment is completed, using the four digit code you are given at the time of application you can ACTIVATE YOUR E-MAIL ACCOUNT. All official communication for students will be sent through this e-mail, so IT IS OF UTMOST IMPORTANCE to have it activated and working correctly to receive messages. You can configure the account to redirect all messages to your personal e-mail.
You can activate your email account the day after formalizing your enrollment:
- Step 1: check what the UC3M user identifier will be (1000XXXXX), to do so enter your DNI/Passport and your date of birth on this website.
- Step 2: activate your UC3M email account and choose your password on this website. Here you must enter your UC3M user identifier (1000XXXXX) and solve a captcha. You will receive an email in your personal account in which you can choose the password for your UC3M account and select alternative recovery methods in case you forget it (another email address, your mobile phone).

UNIVERSITY SMART CARD: TUI
Once you have activated your email account, you must upload your photo to the application in order to have the Virtual TUI, integrated into the UC3M App.
With it you will be able to identify yourself as a member of the university community and have access to different services inside and outside the university.
